A previous Deputy District Attorney with more than a quarter century experience, Professor Bruce procured his regulation degree from the University of San Francisco and his PhD in Legal and Constitutional History from the University of Texas. He has addressed at the University of Texas and presently serves on the workforce at Sonoma State University, Santa Rosa Junior College and College of Marin where he spends significant time in showing courses in American history and race in American culture. He has wrote articles and an original copy on common freedoms while conveying introductions upholding in the interest of those mistreated by the public authority.
