Description
The Modesto downtown courthouse has three floors accessible to the public.
Basement Level: Houses Jury Services and Departments 9, 10, 11, 12, 13 and 14.
First Floor: Home to the Criminal Clerk’s Office, Human Resources, and Departments 5, 6, 7, 8 and 15 on the 11th Street side.
The Family Law, DCSS, and Family Court Services - Probate (Guardianships, LPS Conservatorships only and Adoptions) Clerk’s Office is located at the “I” Street entrance of the building.
Second Floor: Houses the Fiscal Department, Self-Help Center, Technology, and Departments 1, 2, 3, 4 and 25.
All floors are equipped with men and women's restrooms, as well as drinking fountains.
Handicap access is available at both entrances.
