Was a Deputy District Attorney in Del Norte and Amador Counties from 2003-2008. As a Deputy District Attorney, he dealt with all that from traffic reference, seat preliminaries, Jury preliminaries, vicious crimes and sex offenses to "3 Strike" life-in-jail cases.
In confidential practice, he has represented clients, through preliminary, in essentially all areas of criminal regulation, including: DUIs, rough crimes, "Strike" cases, sex offenses, adolescent wrongdoing, endeavored murder and manslaughter cases. In the family regulation court, he has assisted various clients with separate, kid authority promotion appearance, and abusive behavior at home cases. Beginning around 2014, he has dealt with adolescent reliance (CPS) addressing guardians and youngsters.
