Conceived and Raised in the San Francisco Bay Area, Mr. Montgomery moved on from the University of California at Berkeley in 1971 with a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science. In 1974 he was granted the Degree of Juris Doctor from the lofty Boalt Hall School of Law at the University of California, Berkeley, which is reliably positioned in the main ten graduate schools in the country. Mr. Montgomery was confessed to the California State Bar in December 1974.
