I was pulled more than a couple of blocks in the wake of leaving a famous midtown Sac dance club. Official professed to pull me over due to a hard to peruse enrollment sticker… however promptly inquired as to whether I had been drinking. I was controlled a FST… blew a .09 BAC on the breath test, then, at that point, was thusly captured. I firmly felt the police didn't have reasonable justification to stop me, so I chose to recruit a lawyer. After much examination, I chose to hold [the firm] in light of client declaration of results and sensible expenses. It was the best choice I made!!! Later reports by the capturing officer(s) referenced I had crossed an assigned stopping path (no notice of this during my capture). Mr. Crowell took photos of the scene where I was pulled over (no stopping path) and battled constantly for my benefit. The capturing officer(s) were summoned for the DMV hearing, affirmed, and proof acquired by Mr. Crowell in the end prompted my DMV hearing excusal. One obstacle survived.
