The pioneer behind Bay Area Criminal Lawyers, PC is David J. Cohen, Esq., an accomplished preliminary lawyer with more than 30 years of criminal prosecution experience. Mr. Cohen is an alum of the University of Chicago Law School and a previous government public protector. He has broad experience both in the public authority and with significant law offices.

Mr. Cohen has attempted north of 45 government and state criminal cases to juries, and informed and contended in excess of 60 administrative and state criminal requests. He has protected criminal cases, state and government, huge and little, first as a bureaucratic public protector in San Diego, California, then as an accomplice in firms he has established and made due. He has won cases and requests in courts all through California.
